Order Process
On our website you can request a quotation for our products. Online purchasing is not available.
After receiving your request for quotation, our colleagues will contact you by e-mail or phone to discuss pricing, availability and pickup details.
Once the quotation has been accepted, the order will be finalized.
Ordering Procedure
The Customer submits a request for quotation through the website.
After receiving the request, our colleagues will contact the Customer by e-mail or phone.
A written quotation will be sent.
The order is created once the Customer confirms the quotation in writing.
Payment and pickup conditions will be agreed upon afterwards.
Pickup Method
Personal pickup at our premises
Ordered products can be collected in person at our warehouse:

Pickup is only possible after prior confirmation.

Weekdays: 06:00–14:00
Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available:
• Bank transfer in advance
After accepting the quotation, we will issue a proforma invoice. The products can be collected once the payment has been received.
• Cash payment
Available on site in case of personal pickup.
Delivery Time
For products in stock, we will send a separate notification regarding the pickup date.
In the case of larger quantity orders, the expected delivery time is approximately 2–3 weeks, about which we will provide information in each case.
