PEMÜ Műanyagipari Zrt. has been engaged in the production of PVC tubes and profiles since the 1970s. PVC is a widely used, mass-produced plastic from which – thanks to the extrusion technology used – cords, tubes, profiles, and tapes can be produced continuously and used for industrial purposes or within the food- and healthcare industries as well. By selecting and combining raw materials, the properties of the products can be personalized.
The factory has the possibility to produce soft PVC tubes and profiles from standard sizes to individual sizes.
Tubes
The factory is also prepared for the small and large – scale production of tubes with internal and external diameters to meet customer needs.
The main production parameters of tube production:
Outer diameter: 1.00 – 60.0 mm
Inner diameter: 0.8 mm from inside diameter
Dimensional accuracy: +/- 0.15 mm
Packaging: cut to size or rolled
The colour and mechanical properties of the tubes are determined based on the customers’ orders.
Profiles
The factory’s product range includes more than 250 types of PVC profiles, the use and installation of which is possible in almost all areas of industry. Such as the stair nosing profile – mainly used for bus production and the screw cover profile – for the renovation of trains.
It also undertakes to fulfil customized needs aside from the production of standard profiles by manufacturing tools needed for the production process within a short deadline.
The colour and mechanical characteristics of the profiles can be combined as required.
Supplementary processes
The plant also undertakes supplementary tasks in the event of customer requirements: cutting, tailoring, winding, and perforation.
